Downtown Sulphur Springs

Project Overview

A total of 14 buildings in downtown Sulphur Springs, Texas received facelifts and were brought back to life on our abandoned downtown side walks. Since this endeavor, families frequent all the new stores and restaurants regularly.

• Demolish and remove all interior finishings.
• Install all new underground utilizes to building.
• Install all new plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and roof to bring building up to code.
• Custom finish out to retail or restaurant tenants’ specifications.
• Install new exterior awnings and revitalize the front facades.
• All buildings brought up to code.
• Challenges were working in confined spaces with pedestrian traffic and keeping neighboring shops from being disturbed.
