Project Overview

Guarantee Bond Bank needed an exterior remodel while staying open for business. The challenge was completing this project while making sure bank patrons had safe entry access during the construction. DTE managed this successfully while giving the bank a more updated look that goes along with the facade of all other Guarantee Bond Bank locations. 

Services

• Fabricate and install all structural steel and metal stud framing for exterior restoration.
• Install cultured stone on existing brick.
• Fabricate and install new steel awning with standing seam roofing.
• Adjust extend electrical and install all new fixtures on the exterior after the stonework.
• Cover the back of new parapet wall with TPO Roofing and tie into existing TPO roof.
• Challenges, keeping bank open to walk in traffic during construction.
