Project Overview

Clayton Homes needed to keep their walls from leaking while staying open for business. The failing thin slate walls on this building allowed water to penetrate the walls and damage interior work areas. DTE demolished the thin slate walls and installed new sheathing, vapor barrier, and 7.2 metal panel while keeping the business operational.
