Project Overview

DTE was able to block off a warehouse section by building 24’ temporary walls around it.  Portions of the slab where removed for plumbing additions. 24’ metal stud walls with 5/8 sheetrock where built in place. Electrical, plumbing, and mechanical were added for the lab. New lighting and ceiling sections where constructed and placed 12’ high. New doors and smoke seals were added to create a clean room environment for the lab.

Project Details

• Converted warehouse space into a sterile lab.
• 24’ metal stud wall framing from floor to roof deck.
• Install door with smoke seals.
• Install high speed doors with seals.
• Install plumbing under concrete floor.
• Fabricate and install interior canopies to be placed over equipment.
